Card Management Specialist

Job Purpose

The role involves biometric harvesting, card production and card distribution management.

The Card Production Specialist will be reporting to the Project Lead and it is on a Contractual Basis. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing a strategy for the planning, biometric harvesting, production and distribution of cards
2. Analysing reports for card production and distribution procedures to maintain and improve productivity,
3. Managing the biometric harvesting strategy,
4. Managing the card printing, sorting, and batching process,
5. Securely managing data collection, processing, transmission and storage,
6. Managing and maintaining the card issuance equipment,
7. Managing the post-issuance processes,
8. Efficiently distribute cards,
9. Managing and securing the printing rooms,
10. Monitoring the quality of output and supervising the performance of the card centre staff.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Full Grade twelve certificate

Competencies required for this Role

• Full Grade twelve certificate
• Degree in any Production Management, Business, Commercial or any related field
• A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Computer literate

Experience 

• Minimum 5 years working experience 2 of which must have been at Manager level,
• Experience in a mass production and distribution environment – card production will be an added advantage
