SUMMARY:
HR Intern is a training position in Human Resource with a view to instill the needed skills, knowledge and abilities onto the candidate so as to build them into a whole rounded HR Practitioner. This will be a full training for 6 months after which a certificate of training will be issued.

- Payroll Management
- PAYE, NHIS, NAPSA, Personal Levy & Worker’s compensation Management
- Performance management
- Employee Motivation, Morale and Retention Management
- Policy Formulation/ Implementation
- Disciplinary Management
- Labor and Industrial Relations
- Operations & Daily administrative works
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade twelve Certificate (At least Five O’Levels)
- Degree/Diploma In HRM, Business Administration or any related Program
- Recent Graduate
