Description
- Profiling & Prospecting of Key Projects
- Ensure that Dangote Cement Products are specified in all projects.
- Ensure that Dangote Cement is used on identified Projects (shoot for high strike rate)
- Joint Closing of Sales on identified Projects
- Ensuring that Project pipeline remains wet, always
- Prepare & present 2-3years Projects over view/horizon
- Supervise and coordinate technical sales service staff to ensure proper & timely resolution of company/client problems
- Provide hands-on training to technical service staff to ensure a competent and effective workforce
- Liaise with Regional sales managers and other departmental heads to develop tactical plans for joint project delivery
- Monitor, Mentor and motivate Technical Sales staff to deliver timely and high quality services to customers
- Present Monthly reports of work operations to company management in order to provide information useful in taking key business decisions
- Recommend/advise appropriate products for a Project to Project Owners
- Manage Block Makers & Stone Pavers Market Segment
- Organize professional trainings on Concrete Application at Project Sites for Project participants
- Ensure technical operators comply with set health/safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing or related field
- Technical knowledge & Experience in Building Construction, with some experiences in Key Account Sales, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft office suits and SAP applications.
