In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

Job Title: Branch Manager (B6) (x1)

Reporting to the Manager – Retail Banking, the jobholder will be responsible for managing operations, liabilities, and assets at the Branch, providng quality banking and financial services to individuals, small and medium entrepreneurs as well as corporate customers to ensure smooth operations thus achieving profit and growth targets of the Branch.

Key deliverables include:

Monitoring and internal controls, bank charges and branch accounts, risk management, spearheading deposit mobilisation, debt recovery, account and transaction analysis, relationship management, supervision, administration, and performance management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent.
• Degree or Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration,
• ACCA/CIMA or ary relevant field.
• Minimum of Five Years (5) years of relevant experience.
