LOCATION OF POSITION:
The position is for the new East Park Mall branch in Lusaka
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The key purpose of the position is to ensure that the business goals are achieved through
effective management of the store.
KEY TASKS (included, but not limited to):
- Achievement of budgets and benchmarks
- People management
- Stock and asset control
- Maintain and enhance customer service
- Management of debtors ledger
COMPETENCIES (included, but not limited to):
- Customer Service
- Participative management
- Must have a valid driver’s licence.
- Computer literacy
- Basic financial acumen
- Basic people skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
In keeping with the seniority and role of the position, the minimum required education and experience profile for the incumbent is as follows:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Proven years experience in retail
