Qualifications and Experience
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma in Social Sciences or data relevant field. Degree will be an added advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Word
  • Should be fast in typing
  • Fluent in Nyanja and Tonga
  • At least 2 years’ experience in audio transcribing
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be a Choma resident

  • Able to work and think independently
  • Good writing skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Deadline and detail driven
  • Data security
  • Good Interpersonal skills
Key Performance Areas
  • Ensure Quality of Transcribed Audio Recordings
  • Ensure accuracy in transcribing recorded materials.
