We are currently hiring a SENIOR DEPOT MANAGER to oversee our Chipata, Lundazi and Petauke Depots.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in warehousing management procedure and best practices
- Proven work experience of More than 7 years as a depot manager.
- Experience with excel and database
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Time management ability
- Numerical skills
- FISP and document handling
- Advanced Diploma in Agriculture or any other related field.
- Supervision and training of assigned Depot managers and assistants
- Leadership , coaching and mentoring.
