Gracimor Properties, a real estate company based in Lusaka, is seeking a dynamic and experienced administrator to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in administrative roles, particularly within the real estate sector.

-Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
-Handle reservations and inquiries with a high level of professionalism
-Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and property viewings
– Maintain accurate records and documentations related to property rentals
– Liaise effectively with tenants, property owners and other stakeholders
– Assist in organizing and facilitating property-related events and promotions

– Relevant Qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
– Familiarity with rental real estate operations is a significant advantage
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Proficient in Ms Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to handle reservations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
