Job Description
  • To greet and welcome clients/visitors
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Maintain a clean reception area
  • Give accurate information to potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer care
  • Provide administrative support to managers
  • Receive and sort mail
  • Order office supplies and stock inventory
  • Arrange travel and
  • Accommodation for managers
  • Keep and reconcile petty cash
  • Diploma in Business administration or any other related field of study (A degree is an added advantage)
  • Not less than Two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
  • Must be computer literate
  • Between 21 and 28 years old
