Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Cooperlemon Consultancy Ltd is a duly registered Zambian company that provides clients with specialized consultancy services in mining, business development and management.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who can and will ensure :

  •  Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
  •  Provides Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Office.
  •  Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
  • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
  •  Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
  • Petty Cash Management and issue invoices.
  • Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.
  • Ensuring that all customer queries are attended to efficiently.
  • Generate Reports

Work & Educational Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • ​Minimum of Diploma or equivalent education in related field such as Public Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management (Bachelors Degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Reporting Skills
  • Administrative Writing Skills
  • Excellent Verbal communication
