Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Cooperlemon Consultancy Ltd is a duly registered Zambian company that provides clients with specialized consultancy services in mining, business development and management.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who can and will ensure :
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Provides Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Office.
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Petty Cash Management and issue invoices.
- Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.
- Ensuring that all customer queries are attended to efficiently.
- Generate Reports
Work & Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of Diploma or equivalent education in related field such as Public Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management (Bachelors Degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Reporting Skills
- Administrative Writing Skills
- Excellent Verbal communication
