We are seeking an organized, proactive and experienced Female Administrative Assistant to provide excellent administrative support and customer service to our clients and management.
Responsibilities include:

Offer general business and administrative support to all functions of the business

Management of digital files and other physical and electronic correspondence and general enquiries at front desk.

Handling and dealing with enquiries from internal business functions and the public clients
-
Carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress client inquiries and provide support to other functions within Sherwood Greene Properties.

Deliver Management support for the business

Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Requirements;

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
-
Ability to multitask, whilst working in a fast-paced environment

Good written and verbal communication skills;

Excellent customer service skills;
-
ITÂ proficient with the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages;

Excellent organizational skills;
-
Experience in sales will be an added advantage.
