Join our team as Admin Assistant to manage administration and accounts works.
Job Description:

  • Preparing cash logs.
  • Banking company (cash and cheque) on a daily basis.
  • Managing petty cash
  • Assist with all aspects of administrative works.
  • Oversea office upkeep in terms of all needed works and cleaning.
  • Replenishment (General groceries and stationary)
  • Stock take of fixed assets.
  • Other task as ssigned.


  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in Business Admin or related field
  • Computer Literacy
  • Analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • People skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Time management
  • Drivers license
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
