This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant at Quest Financial Services Zambia located in Lusaka. The role will include day-to-day tasks such as managing petty cash, credit control, and other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. In addition, the Account Assistant will be responsible for communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely payment and collection of funds.
- Credit Control and Petty Cash Management skills
- Experience in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and Meet Deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
- Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as Part of a team
- A degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
Relevant experience in financial services and familiarity with Zambian accounting practices would be beneficial.
