Multiple Positions

Homepro Enterprise Zambia Limited is a subsidiary of Sunda International, the manufacturer of soft care baby diapers, soft care pads and Twyford tiles. We seek to recruit for the following positions.

1. SALES OFFICER (2)

Duties:

Build and maintain a good customer service with clients
Research on market information
Analyse market trends and changes
Maintain and bring new clients and manage monthly targets

Requirement:

Degree in any business course
2 years’ work experience
Knowledge of Computers
Degree in any business course
2 years’ work experience will be
Knowledge of Computers

2. DATA ENTRY (1)

Duties:

Responsible for entering data on the system
Ensure all document are kept safe
Responsible for daily system reports
Good customer service
Manage all the files and capture the invoices
Management of all transport invoices and receipts
Work hand in hand with the team to achieve targets

Requirement:

Degree in Business or related
1-2 years’ work experience
Knowledge of computers especially excel
Good communications and writing skills
Good attitude towards work

3.CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELESALES CONSULTANT (2)

Duties:

Build and maintain a good customer service with clients
Manage incoming calls from clients
Up-selling of new products to clients
Manage orders and ensure that clients orders are met
Maintain and bring new clients and manage monthly targets
Requirement:

Degree in any business course
2 years’ work experience
Knowledge of Computers especially excel
Good presentation skills

4.STOCK KEEPER (FACTORY)

Duties:

Manage all the stock in the warehouse
Stock taking of all the inventory
Preparing orders and invoices of all loading needed
Control all warehouse damages
Auditing of all the stock monthly

Requirement:

Degree in purchasing and supply chain management
2 years’ work experience
Knowledge of Computers especially excel
Good presentation skills
Ability to work in a team
