To provide high quality and client focused oriented Printer Repair Services
Key Performance Areas:
- Servicing and repairing Printers
- End to end repair process knowledge required
- Use computer-based systems to enter/record required data
- Receive, verify, and stock inventory from various vendors
- Fill, pick, and prepare part requests/orders for purchasing
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
- Complete accurate defective part documentation
- Miscellaneous daily tasks including clean-up activities
- Perform hardware diagnostics of all units

- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Judgment and decision making
- High attention to detail
- Planning and prioritizing
- Ability to design processes
- Exceptional resource management
Minimum Requirements:
- Education : Diploma (Preferable)
- Certification: A+ (Preferable), Service qualification with brands like HP, Epson, Canon (Highly preferable)
- Experience: 2+ Years in Printer repairs (Essential)
Location: Carousel Shopping Mall, Lusaka (Onsite)
