We are taking interns for the following positions
1. Finance Intern:
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
2. Programmes Intern:
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program related to Social Sciences.
- Knowledge in concept and proposal development will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings.
- Enthusiasm for social impact and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities.
3. Monitoring & Evaluation Intern:
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Social Science
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with program teams to collect and analyze data.
- Interest in utilizing data for evidence-based decision-making.
4. IT & Graphics Intern:
- Educational background in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge in Animation development will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
