Purpose of The Role:
This job exists to add value to the company through the provision of business support to all functions of ABC Auction as well as Proactive contribution to the timely production of dispatching of goods accurately. An ability to forecast and adapt in this volatile environment will be key requirement of the role.

- Reporting to: Dispatch Supervisor
- Supervision of: N/A
- Interacts with: All Supervisors
Supervisory Controls:
The Position is Supervised through:
- Collection of goods
- Deliveries dispatched
- Handling of goods (in and out of the area)
- Performance appraisals- quarterly
- Department meetings
- Customer Care
Work Tools/materials
- Laptop

- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Receiving auctioneers and making sure all details are accurate to what is received
- Dispatching of reallocated lots back to Auction area
- Inventory of goods in dispatch areas (dispatch goods and yard auctions)
- Ensuring goods are dispatched correctly to customers (description and quantities)
- Packaging of goods for deliveries and labelling correctly
Minimum Hiring Standards:
- Education
- Advanced Level certificate or, similar level diploma
- Or, Qualifications by Experience – minimum of 2 years in a similar role
