Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma in Social Sciences or data relevant field. Degree will be an added advantage but not a requirement.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Word
- Should be fast in typing
- Fluent in Nyanja and Tonga
- At least 2 years’ experience in audio transcribing
- Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be a Choma resident

- Able to work and think independently
- Good writing skills
- Computer literacy
- Deadline and detail driven
- Data security
- Good Interpersonal skills
Key Performance Areas
- Ensure Quality of Transcribed Audio Recordings
- Ensure accuracy in transcribing recorded materials.
