Branch Ambassador

Exciting opportunities exists for Branch Ambassadors to join our team in Zambia. The purpose of this position is to provide support services including but not limited to; registration of all customers at the branch, attend to customer queries, Info desk and market research in a professional and efficient manner. The Branch Ambassador reports directly to the Sales Lead Supervisor and is responsible for educating the customer on MUKURU MONEY TRANFER products and registering the customer in an accurate and professional way. They are required to explain to the customer how to create order’s and walk the customer through FAQ’s about MUKURU Services in a legally compliant manner. Internal Liaison takes place with the branch staff. External liaison takes place with external customers.

Duties And Responsibilities (Include But It Not Limited To)
  • Thoroughly educate customers on MUKURU product offerings
  • Accurately register customers as MUKURU Customers
  • Attend to all customer queries and escalate any problem issues to Customer Liaison Lead or any
  • other lead in other departments
  • Take down all suggestions from customers
  • Record all market related intelligence and share with Regionals/Sales Lead Supervisor
  • Record all customer related queries from the branch telephone

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 / or equivalent (Essential)
  • Must remain current and competent by-passing tests and assignments (Essential)
  • Understanding and speaking of a local language (Essential)
  • 1-year Customer Service Consultant experience (Essential)
  • Knowledge of foreign currencies
  • Knowledge of FICA regulations
