Required Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Knowledge of Microsoft package, i.e. Excel and Word
- Over 2 years working experience in sales
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills and must be able to speak Chewa
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships in the Eastern Province
- Manage sales targets as assigned
- Manage agent relationships within assigned locations to maximize productivity and agency operation
- Continually develop new business by cultivating new and existing agent relationships to increase share of business
