Description
We are looking for a talented BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in GENERAL MANAGEMENT for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in SOLWEZI , ZAMBIA .
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Stock Management in the plant (stock replenishments and E&O)
- Invoicing Clients
- Where required, do deliveries for some small items to the mines.
- Assist in getting and following up on PODs
- Facilitate for cycle /and stock counts.
- Compiling of timesheets and Job cards
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Business administration or equivalent.
- Computer Literate
- Experience in the mining industry
