Description
- Delivery of assigned Regional Sales Volume Target profitably
- Manage Route to Market – RTM
- Ensure Partnering for Profit (PFP) with Distributors to grow Distributors’ Volumes
- Ensure Retail led Sales
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction
- Gather & analyze Competitor & Market Intelligence regularly
- Implementation of annual Marketing Plan/Strategies
- Provide the necessary support to sales associates in the Region to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
- Prepare & render Monthly & Annual Sales Reports
- Mentor & Motivate Sales Officers in the Region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
- 8-10 years of Field sales experience
- Three + years in a managerial role
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with Math
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft office suits and SAP applications
