Role Overview
Divine Connections Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced, talented, and highly skilled Chef to join our client’s busy kitchen team in Lusaka.
We are looking for a culinary professional who specializes in fast food production. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of creating high-quality, delicious Shawarma, Samosas, and a variety of other fast food items.
Key Responsibilities
Specialized Cooking: Prepare Shawarma, Samosas, and other fast food menu items to a high standard.
Kitchen Efficiency: Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure timely service.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and consistent flavor profiles.
Menu Execution: Assist in kitchen operations to meet daily volume demands while minimizing waste.
Requirements
Experience: Strong, hands-on experience in preparing Shawarma, Samosas, and general fast food.
Location: Must be a Lusaka resident and available to start immediately.
Preference: Male candidate preferred.
Skills: Excellent time management, ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment, and a passion for food quality.
