JOB VACANCY: Direct Sales Agent (DSA) – Absa Bank
Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for Absa Bank, selling financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for young professionals looking to build a career in the banking and finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and recruit new customers to open bank accounts.
Loan Disbursement: Market and sell personal and business loan products to eligible clients.
Administrative Support: efficient handling of client documentation, KYC compliance, and reporting.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Finance, Business Administration, Accounts, or any related field.
Age: Must be between 18 – 35 years old.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Experience: Previous experience in sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Structure: Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Retainer/Allowance: A fixed operational retainer of K2,000 (covering Talk Time and Transportation) is provided upon meeting the set monthly performance targets.
