Job Title: Butchery Sales Representative

We are looking for a Butchery Sales Representative Staff whose duties will revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with customers and persuade others to purchase products.

There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:

1. Cut, bone, or grind and sale pieces of meat according to customer specifications
2. Weigh, wrap, and display cuts of meat
3. Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
4. Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
5. Cut or prepare meats to specification or customer’s orders
6. Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
7. Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature
8. Keep clean premises, inventory and all other necessities
9. Any other duties that may arise as directed by the supervisor(s)
