IN-HOUSE LAWYER
Job Purpose:
To support the Director and Management in providing sound legal advice and ensure that the organization renders its regulatory service to the transport sector in accordance with the provisions contained in the Transportation Regulation Act.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develops a robust legal framework for superior’s approval indication detailed policies.
- Participates in providing professional legal advice to management on various issues.
- Represents the company and ensures consistent interpretation and application of the law.
- Work hand in hand with company lawyers in the courts and tribunals.
- Interprets all relevant legal instruments and requirements governing the transport industry to ensure their consistent understanding and application by all undertaking.
