As a Leads Management Officer, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns by ensuring that no lead generated is mismanaged or wasted during our sales funnel. This is a varied role, which includes:
- Planning
- Advertising
- Public relations
- Event organization
- Product development
- Distribution
- Sponsorship
- Research.
Responsibilities
- As a Leads Management Officer, you’ll need to:
- You are record all leads posted on all platforms and make appropriate follow ups from time to time to ensure the clients needs are met.
- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
- Routine updating of all prospects on your database with latest projects and/or any trends
- Offering purchase incentives to all prospects for referrals and/or outright purchase
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- A diploma in business or related field a plus
- Previous sales and management experience
- Experience using sales tracking software
- Driver’s License
