We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business administration with strong ICT skills, and the ability to handle critical business processes.
Key Requirements:
- Education:Grade 12 certificate
- Education:A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business administration.
- Institution Experience:Candidates must provide the name of the institution(s) where they have worked.
- ICT Skills:Proficiency in ICT is essential.
- Knowledge of Business Processes:
- Experience in renewing ZRA Returns.
- Experience in handling NAPSA contributions.
- Familiarity with processing VAT.
- Ability to check for and apply for tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the business.
- Process and file ZRA Returns, VAT, and NAPSA contributions on time.
- Conduct regular monitoring of tender opportunities.
- Utilize ICT tools to streamline business processes and ensure efficiency.
