We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business administration with strong ICT skills, and the ability to handle critical business processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:Grade 12 certificate
  • Education:A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration.⁠
  • Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business administration.
  • Institution Experience:Candidates must provide the name of the institution(s) where they have worked.
  • ICT Skills:Proficiency in ICT is essential.
  • Knowledge of Business Processes:
  • Experience in renewing ZRA Returns.
  • Experience in handling NAPSA contributions.
  • Familiarity with processing VAT.
  • Ability to check for and apply for tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the business.
  • Process and file ZRA Returns, VAT, and NAPSA contributions on time.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of tender opportunities.
  • Utilize ICT tools to streamline business processes and ensure efficiency.
