ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain Microsoft server environments, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, and other related technologies.
• Virtualization: Deploy and maintain virtual machines using VMWare, ensuring optimal performance and resource management.
• Server Management: Administer and support HP server hardware, performing routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage Veeam backup solutions to ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
• Cloud Management: Work with Zadara for cloud storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Data Center Operations: Oversee Data Center operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures to protect IT infrastructure and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.).
• Experience with VMWare virtualization and hypervisors.
• Familiarity with HP server technologies.
• Proficiency in using Veeam for backup and recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud storage solutions, particularly with Zadara.
• Experience in data center operations and best practices
