About the Role:
We are seeking tech-savvy and driven Sales Agents who can identify, engage, and close sales with potential clients using both traditional and digital channels. This is a commission-based role, offering up to 30% commission. The role has the potential to become permanent based on performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close sales with potential clients using both traditional and digital channels.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage technology to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes and performance.
  • Report on sales performance, including tracking commission and sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech-related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Has a grade 12 Certificate
