The Role

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and employee onboarding.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Assist in employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products to enhance recruitment.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services and Internet.
  • You have working knowledge of Active listening and Time management
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
