Job Description:

As a Sales Executive , you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Your goal will be to maximize revenue through proactive sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the hotel.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
