Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Manager – Electrical Engineering located in Ndola. The Senior Technical Manager – Electrical Engineering will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, managing a team of engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Electrician Certification
- Electrical Assistant Certification
- Excellent knowledge of Electrical Art for the Electrical Technicians
- Excellent knowledge of tools for Electrician’s Assistants
- Willingness for work and professional upgrading.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position for (Electricians)
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar position for (assistants)
- Organization and team spirit.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge in electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects
- Experience in managing and leading a team of engineers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
