Job Title: Upper Primary School Teacher

Position Overview:Â We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Upper Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and inspiring students in upper primary grades, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with our school’s values and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in the upper primary grades.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to promote active learning and student participation in the classroom.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students and address any individual learning needs or challenges.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our school community.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching qualification/certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in an upper primary school setting.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge Primary, International Baccalaureate) is desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
