Bigtree Brands (BTB) is a dynamic Company and has rapidly grown into one of the largest beverage
companies in Zambia. We are searching for a highly motivated and result oriented individuals.
Location: Kasama, Livingstone & Chipata
CONTRACT: Fixed Contract
CUSTOMER MARKETING OFFICER
The job requires the candidate to perform the following duties.
- To help achieve volume and MS for brands by continuously recruiting and re-recruiting consumers
through trade/consumer activation. - To activate brands in market as per the agreed calendar and ensure that we meet our objectives.
- To manage merchandisers effectively and efficiently across following projects to drive higher order of
consumer engagement- - To select and partner HNI and key parties organized by the outlets to drive brand imagery.
- To monitor and report effectiveness of Perfect Outlet/Merchandising folder across outlets and train
sales team from time to time. - To train promoters on brands and activation.
- Coordinate and liaison with Local customers and Managers (both internal and external stake holders)
- Work in coordination with other group of companies especially for big events.
- Manage all marketing administration works within the Kasama, Livingstone/Chipata region.
- To plan and execute launch of new brands/SKUs in conjunction with brand teams and sales teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Experience in consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Creative and street-smart
- Project Management
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
- Ability to make critical decisions while under pressure
- Minimum Diploma in sales & marketing or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
