Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including selection, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and platforms.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into the recruitment process.

Employee Development and Training:

  • Design and implement employee development programs, including leadership training, professional development, and skill-building initiatives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems that reflect the organization’s goals.
  • Facilitate the setting of performance standards and objectives across all levels of the organization.
  • Implement performance review processes, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and constructive.

Succession Planning:

  • Lead the development and execution of succession planning strategies.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Work with senior management to ensure a robust talent pipeline.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze trends in employee turnover and develop retention strategies.
  • Promote a positive work environment and culture that attracts and retains talent.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on all talent-related matters.
  • Collaborate with our external HR service provider and handle the relationship to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate with other departments to align talent management strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent management or senior HR role in a startup. Prior expertise in an International Agency or Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) will be required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee development strategies, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
