Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end staffing processes, from recruitment to onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions comply with local regulations and are updated.
- Localize Group Policies into local procedures.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts with tact and efficiency.
- Maintain HR systems, conduct performance reviews, and manage salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Implement employee retention strategies and maintain a diverse, inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance, and Zambian employment laws.
- Proven record of fostering a collaborative and diverse workplace.
- Experience in data analysis for strategic HR planning.
- Excellent communication skills.
