General Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Hope Travel and Tourism located in Lusaka. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including managing staff, developing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry trends and best practices
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
