| Key Duties & Responsibilities |
As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you’ll be immersed in various aspects of financial management such as:
- Management Accounting:

- Gain insights into cost analysis, budgeting, and financial performance evaluation.
- Participate in monthly closures and contribute to budget operational management.
- Assist in preparing financial accounts, including Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Assist in preparing management reports for decision-making.
- Treasury:
- Understand fund management, cash flow forecasting, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with the treasury team to optimize financial resources.
- Inventory Management:
- Learn about inventory valuation, control, and optimization.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
- Credit Control:
- Participate in credit risk assessment and debt collection processes.
- Ensure timely revenue collection and minimize bad debts.
- Accounts Payables:
- Understand invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Internal Audit and Compliance:
- Learn about internal control frameworks and audit procedures.
- Assist in compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Audits and Projects:
- Assist in audits and process drafting.
- Participate in various cross-functional projects with the team.

| Skills, Experience & Education |
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / CIMA/ACCA/ZICA with a merit / distinction
- Less than 1 year of job experience
- Graduated with a university degree within the last 18 months
- Completed high school in or after 2018.
