Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia seeks dynamic Finance Graduates! If you’re passionate about Accounts and Finance, communication-savvy, and eager to learn, we have four exciting positions for you. As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you’ll rotate through different Finance functions, gaining valuable experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you’ll be immersed in various aspects of financial management such as:

  1. Management Accounting:
    • Gain insights into cost analysis, budgeting, and financial performance evaluation.
    • Participate in monthly closures and contribute to budget operational management.
    • Assist in preparing financial accounts, including Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
    • Assist in preparing management reports for decision-making.
  1. Treasury:
    • Understand fund management, cash flow forecasting, and investment strategies.
    • Collaborate with the treasury team to optimize financial resources.
  2. Inventory Management:
    • Learn about inventory valuation, control, and optimization.
    • Assist in monitoring stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
  3. Credit Control:
    • Participate in credit risk assessment and debt collection processes.
    • Ensure timely revenue collection and minimize bad debts.
  4. Accounts Payables:
    • Understand invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
    • Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  5. Internal Audit and Compliance:
    • Learn about internal control frameworks and audit procedures.
    • Assist in compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  6. Audits and Projects:
    • Assist in audits and process drafting.
    • Participate in various cross-functional projects with the team.
Skills, Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / CIMA/ACCA/ZICA with a merit / distinction
  • Less than 1 year of job experience
  • Graduated with a university degree within the last 18 months
  • Completed high school in or after 2018.
