Rider

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bike Delivery Rider. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning routes, picking up and delivering items efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. You will ensure timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Knowledge of local roads and areas
• Ability to navigate using GPS and map apps
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to a certain weight
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Previous experience in delivery or courier services is a plus
