Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Solar Macs Energy located in Lusaka. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and increasing revenue. The Account Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Experience managing and growing customer accounts
  • Ability to think strategically and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the solar industry and products is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, knowledge of local market, and experience in the energy industry.
